Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your registration, the following refund policy applies:
- Before 15 August: A refund of 70% of the registration amount will be provided.
- After 15 August: No refund will be given for cancellations made after this date.
- Accommodation Cancellation:
If you have booked accommodation through the conference organizers, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Before 1 August: A refund of 70% of the accommodation amount will be provided. (30% deduction)
- After 1 August: No refund will be given for cancellations made after this date.
